Blu
is wonderful cat I adopted in September of 2004. I am pretty sure
she is a Russian Blue based upon the texture of her fur, mauve fur pads,
the color and texture of her nose, and her very distinct personality.
Her eyes have a good amount of green around the pupil. However, they
have not turned completely green just yet. They may not! I love her
just the way she is.
When I picked her from a litter of rambunctious kittens, what stood out
most was her almost taupe colored eyes against her blue gray fur. She
was and is a knockout! "Blu" deserves to be pet of the year for seeing
me through a very difficult and painful surgery and staying by my side
every step of the way. She is cool, thoughtful and ultra protective. I
cannot imagine every being without her.
