Here
is our cat, Mr. Hawkeye. Hawkeye is seven years old, we adopted him
from our vet who takes in all the strays. Hawkeye is one of eight cats at
our home but is a real character. He received his name from being such
a hawk around food. If you are not looking, he will take a sandwich off
your plate, he can hear the deli drawer in the fridge from another floor
in the house, and potato chips are his favorite thing to steal! Thus the
name, Hawkeye. Hawkeye was a mascot at the vet and he took care of all
the new cats, giving them baths, etc. He does that at our house as
well. Like I said, he is quite a character and very friendly. He
always greets us when we come home (and has to check out all the bags to
make sure... there's no food in there for him - especially chips!)
