I'm
pleased to introduce, to Cat of the Day fans everywhere, my baby
girl Tools. Tools arrived one cold night outside my bedroom
window, crying and crying. She was around eight weeks old, thin and covered in
oil. Needless to say, she was adorable from the start. I brought her
inside immediately for a healthy meal, some fresh water and a soft and
cozy bed. It took more than a few cleanings to get that nasty oil off
her kittenish fluff, but she didn't seem to mind. After all that
horrendous crying that first night, young Tools didn't say a single mew for months.
She's the most gentle moggy I've ever encountered, and the other four cats
couldn't help but agree when she'd lay right down on her back, tummy
exposed and purr whenever one of them approached. I'd like to think
she's been a good influence on everyone in the house, both tailed and
non-tailed alike!
I hope everyone has a chance to meet someone this adorable, even if they
look like "something the cat dragged in" when you first meet!
