Hi.
My name is Athena, and my mom thinks I'm cutest kitty in the world.
She also says something about me being spoiled, but I'm not sure what
that means. My parents found me when I was a kitten no higher than a
blade of grass. I was cold and hungry and I started meowing and
meowing. My dad was the first one who saw me. He looked at me, then
looked around, then looked at me again. He started walking around the
yard a bit, so I just followed him. We became friends fast.
My mom says I'm special because I'm so talented. I can spend an entire
day bird watching or just basking in the sun. Also, I don't like
anybody telling me what to do; I'm perfectly capable of doing things
myself. I don't like to be held much, and when my mom does try to hold
me, I give her a little bite just to remind her how I feel. Besides
that, I'm really affectionate, except I don't like to be petted much. I
give my parents the pleasure of petting me early in the morning around 5
a.m. - that should be sufficient, right?
