I've
researched the Birman breed for a very long while now and just fell
in love with their expression and big blue eyes. When I finally got one
I couldn't have wished for a better out come.
This is my baby boy. He is a seven-month-old kitten and has been bringing us
much joy over the months since we've owned him. He acts as though he
has lived here all his life! He is very well behaved; he comes when
called, when I throw him a ball he brings it back to me in his mouth and
his litter box manners are hilarious (he scrapes every tiny particle of
litter to the center of the tray and tears the litter bag and drags it
into the center so it forms a triangle, and all you have to do is pick
it up)!
Smudge is a real character, every so often he is bombing about with his
big bursts of energy and runs around in circles! (I use a lead on him to
wear out some of his energy, he thoroughly enjoys his time among
the forest of our garden, and trots along beside you in a lap-dog sort
of way!)
We've had it all, from him falling down the toilet to his relationship
with Dipsey (our six year old half-persian). Dipsey cannot stand him.
She is such a stubborn madam, he really does want to be her friend but
she is standing tall and being queen of her castle.
He honestly is an incredible boy, and at his little age now, imagine
what's to come for the future!
