Shortly
after my husband and I were married, we realized that something
was missing from our family. After some careful considerations we
decided that we needed a kitten or two to make our home complete.
After some online research we came across Houdini and his "brother"
Sergio through Petfinder and immediately contacted the animal rescue
shelter. A few weeks later we were on our way to pick up Houdini and
Sergio... and boy was I surprised when we arrived! I had never seen
such a beautiful and well-behaved cat in my life!
He was friendly from the very beginning... giving us little kitty-kisses
and nudges! Wasn't I surprised when the owner of the shelter told us
that both Houdini and his "brother" were from a pack of feral cats!
Such a civilized little guy like Houdini? It was hard to believe!
Houdini and Serg have been with us since then... and I hope he will stay
with us for many more happy years.
