Hello,
my name is Water Lily, a.k.a. Lily, Lilikins, or Mau-Mau Kitty.
My meow-mommy can't seem to make up her mind, but I answer to all of
them because she loves me so much. Some people laugh at my crossed blue
eyes, but not her. She thinks I'm beautiful!! I wandered into her
girlfriend's front yard on a very cold and rainy November day two years
ago. I was cold and hungry, and oh my gosh - wet! Next thing I know,
I'm in a warm beautiful home with the most wonderful human mommy ever.
She tells me that I'm the best thing that ever happened to her. Well no
duh - I'm a cat!
She's made a few mistakes and stumbles (I'm her first kitty), but I'm
training her just right. Now she talks to me constantly, feeds me the
best food, buys me wonderful toys and we even sing songs together. Our
favorite is "How Much Is That Kitty In The Window." I play games with
her every morning, like "Big Game Attack Kitty," "Spooky Kitty," "Soccer
Kitty," and we have lots of fun together.
She tells me I'm an indoor only kitty, but when the weather is nice we
go outside and sit in the courtyard together. I love to lay in the
dirt, taking in all the wonderful smells and chase bugs. And it makes me
feel safe to know that she's watching over me. I really like her a lot,
so I think I'm going to keep her for a long time.
