This
is my beautiful cat, Precious Destiny. She is a Tortoiseshell
(Tortie) shorthair and she lives here with me in Orem, Utah, USA.
Destiny is truly my angel baby. I had a dog for a long time but a year
ago last May we had to put her down due to illness and that was
extremely hard for us. I had been trying ever since then to bring
another pet home but my mom really didn't want anymore pets after our
dog. However, I went to a county fair and there were some people there
selling kittens. I shouldn't have even stopped by the crate because I
love animals so much and you just wouldn't be able to get me away once I
started looking. But the girl there pulled out a little dark brown/black
kitten and told me she was litterbox trained and they were just trying
to get rid of them so I could have it for free. Once this little kitten
touched my arms and I held her, I was in love. She just looked up at me
with her beautiful eyes, and she was so soft and quiet and I knew I had
to have her. I was worried though that my mom wouldn't want me to bring
home one more animal. When I got home, my mom took one look at Destiny
and fell in love too. She just stole everyone's hearts and here she
stayed. So that's my story.
Destiny loves to play hide and seek, she'll chase anything, she just
loves to romp and run. She also is a cuddler. When I least expect it,
she'll come and cuddle in my lap and she loves to be stroked on her soft
fur. We wouldn't be complete without her in our family! Here she is
