Graham
is very
vocal and constantly keeps us informed of what is on his mind. I
initially got Graham to keep my wife company because I have a career
requiring that I work revolving shifts. However, since day one it has
been obvious he is my cat!!
If I work late, Graham waits on the couch for me to come home and will
not go to bed with my wife. Every night after I get into bed he will
crawl up on the bed and go to sleep curled up between my feet, with his
head on my leg, or with his entire body leaning up against me. If I roll
over or change position or get up for any reason, he will sit up and
wait for me to get comfortable again. Once I am still, he will scoot
back up against me and fall asleep. I can tell how cold it is in the
room by where he sleeps - if it's warm he stays by my feet and ankles;
the colder it gets, the closer up to my upper body he snuggles!! Now
it's to the point where I can't sleep well when we are out of town
because he's not with me!
