This
is Aaliyah, aka Princess Fluffy. Aaliyah is special because I found
her in my college town animal shelter. I volunteer there on weekends,
so somewhat have a "sneak-peek" of the available animals. I've wanted a
kitty for myself for four years but knew I wasn't ready to care for one. I
was told by two staff members that there was a Himalayan girl up for
adoption; so without seeing her, I put in my application to adopt her.
The day after my birthday I went to the shelter to pick her up and as
soon as I saw her, I started crying because she is simply perfect.
Aaliyah is gorgeous girl, and believe me, she knows it! She loves her
"brother" Ralphie and all my family. Her favorite activities are
sleeping, being brushed, receiving loving, and rolling in catnip.
I am very grateful for finding her because she has brought so much joy
to my life for time I've had her.
