Hi
my name is Ginger or as mom calls me Little Miss "B", which means
Little Miss Beautiful - Aren't I though. My mom found me at a local
no-kill shelter for cats. I was only there for a short time, but I was
so scared. When mom saw me she picked me up and cuddled me and
never let go. Mom says that my white fur glows in the dark because she
can see my paws glow at night when I am in a corner or under the bed.
I can't wait for mom to get home every day, I greet her at the door and
then she lets me out on the balcony, just for a little while, so that I
can get some fresh air, sun and watch birdies and stuff. She
put out lots of nice things for me to lay on so I can sleep
comfortably and enjoy the day - I am so spoiled.
When I got to my new home, I was very nervous. The shelter suggested
that mom put me in a room for a couple of days so that I could get used
to my new home and before I met my new friend Tony. Tony is mom's first
kitty, who is also a rescue, he is pretty nice, but when I first met
him, he growled at me. As time went by we learned to like each other
and we play and he chases me all the time - I chase him too.
A couple of years ago, a kitty wondered into the yard and he soon became
a part of the family. His name is Wil-e, for Wil-E-Coyote, daddy gave
him that name because we live in an area with coyotes. Wile is not bad,
but he eats a lot, including my food. But mom always make sure I get
enough.
Since I am the only girl kitty I am the Queen and the boy kitties, well,
they are boys, you know how it is. I have to go now so that I can rule
my kingdom. Meow - Have a nice day.
Miss Ginger brings us so much happiness every day. I love my little girl
and I hope she is with me for a very long time.
