Colin
is the best cat ever! He is my roommate, companion, and the
softest friend I know. I adopted him from an animal shelter when he was
eight weeks old, and he has now been mine for almost three years. He is very
playful--he will sit on the edge of the couch and swat me as I walk by.
He usually gets his biggest spurt of energy right when I'm going to bed,
and will race back and forth for about a half hour. He isn't the most
graceful cat, as he has now broken three of my lamps (I forgave him). Right
now his favorite toy is his ring track with a ball inside, as you can
see in the photo. He loves to cuddle up with me and when I am home, he
spends all of his time with me. He loves to climb in my lap while I am
typing on the computer or reading--his way of letting me know that I'm
not paying enough attention to him! He is the most relaxed cat I have
ever seen--he even purrs when I clip his claws! I am so happy that Colin
is my cat.
