I
found my Ernie at the animal shelter when I was trying to locate my
sister's missing cat. I walked by his cage and he stuck his paw out at
me and hooked my heart right then and there. I came back the next day to
adopt him and had him in a few days.
Ernie is about three years old, and is an orange tabby cat with mucho
personality. He is very playful and does bring his toys to us when he is
ready to play, which is constantly. Most mornings I wake up to toys
beside my bed. He loves to jump and play, and the photo was one we
snapped of him mid-air when he was chasing one of his
feathers-on-a-stick toys. He often "kisses" when asked by touching his
nose to mine. He also "hugs" by pressing against my face/neck. He will
hug and kiss others, but not if I am in the room. He is faithful to his
mommy! Ernie wants to be in the same place I am 24/7. There is so much
more I could say, but to sum it all up, I will say, I am thankful to
have found such a wonderful friend!
