Mika
was adopted from Humane Society in Toronto when she was only three
months old. After many years of negotiations with my daughter about
having a pet, the day of my weakness came, and the next day Mika was at
our home. 'Instant love' happened. Regardless of her being a true
menace, my daughter and I adore her. She is the most lovely and most
beautiful creature.
She leads a very fulfilling and interesting life: enjoys chasing a spot of
light from flash light, knocking plants down, climbing on people (only
people she knows though). She runs from window to window to follow
neighbors around the building we live in. Every day is full of new
things to do. She has brought a lot of happiness to our home, and my
daughter now says that finally she has a sibling. And for me, I don't
know even know how I lived without Mika before. She sure is Cat of Every
Day for my daughter and myself.
