I
found this little lady in front of my building at work on a cold and
rainy day last spring. Having three cats already, I did not intend to
keep her and launched a campaign to find her a good home. Luck was on
her side, however, because she's still with me (meaning: she's spoiled
rotten!)
She's quite a pistol and often pushes my patience to its limits, but all
in all, she's a great kitty. When I am slow in giving her treats, she
breaks into a soprano-like meow and holds the very top note, almost like
she's singing a song, and somehow she does all this without moving her
lips!
There is always a period of adjustment when a new family member is
introduced, and this time was no exception, but things have a way of
working out and now all of us are happy Bug's final destination was our home.
