Bobble, the Cat of the Day
Name: Bobble
Age: Twelve years old
Gender: Female
Kind: Cat
Home: Morecambe, England, UK

Bobble is one of the family and has to struggle a bit with getting around as she had an operation about a year ago and had one of her back legs removed - so she gets even more love and attention. We love her loads.

Our Bobble is extremely mard (soft) she will let you know what she wants by taking you to it like when she wants her dinner or special treat , which is kept in the cupboard.

She was named Bobble because when she was a kitten she was small and round. Come to think of it she hasn't changed that much - she is still a bit round.

She sleeps on our bed and wakes you up in the morning by sitting on you and purring loudly until you get up or open you eyes then you get licked (like a dog). When she is naughty and you tell her so she meows back at you as if to argue and then runs off and sulks in her bed until you love her better.

She has loads of toys all over the house but her favorite is dog which is a small cuddly dog that she took from my daughter.

Her famous trick which she always does is she wont go to bed in the evening until we both go up...she goes up and down stairs nagging and meowing around 9 o'clock and keeps this up until you eventually give in to her and go to bed...then she purrs like mad until she falls asleep.

As I said before she had a bad fall last year and had one of her back legs removed. It was a very worrying time...we thought she would never recover. Although she is quite old she is only small as she was the runt of the litter. She recovered really well...she sort of hops every where now...she can still get about like a rocket when the mood takes her but like sometimes to sit at the bottom of the stairs until somebody carries her up.

She as us well sussed ... she even has her own chair in the front room which, if somebody sits on, she will stare at them until they move (even if she doesn't want to sit there at the time).

She is very loving and active cat, we all just love her to bits.
