Hi,
I'm Spider. I am a very special old fella. I have a real
'catitude' to match my big green eyes. I love to wake up my master (or
should I say, servant) at 3 AM by biting his fingers or nose and then
stare at him very intently. I have trained my provider very well. He
knows that I must have fresh food right now. Sometimes, I just want him
to come downstairs and watch me eat the food that was already there. My
provider is always a real good sport about my demands. Last year, I
lost my big brother Ben. For a while it was just me and my younger
brother Trouble Sam. Then one day, this new guy named Woody showed up.
It is really nice to have a young fella like Woody (1 1/2 years old)
around the house.
Spider is quite a cat. He was rescued after a 40 mile ride under the
hood of a car back in 1992. He was very skittish for many years after
that. When he was six, he almost died on Christmas Day from Acute Kidney
Failure. He made a complete recovery and has been fine since then. He is
really a sweet little guy!
