Hello
there - my name is Song and I am the princess of my mom and dad's
eyes. I came to my mom right after her cat Don went to heaven at 28
years of age. I was called non-showable by the lady that bred me due to
my smaller size and a bit of pink pigment next to my nose. I'm a
Himalayan. One of mom's good friends took me to my new home, but mom says
it wasn't the best time. Being only a week since her other cat passed on
she "wasn't ready."
But I was and I made best friends with Kai, her Golden. (He had just
lost his dad a few months earlier. His name was Hanalei and he was sixteen.
He taught Kai how to be a good kitty friend.) Anyhow, here I am now three
years later - Mom of course grew to love me, even though she thought she
wasn't ready - and I just love life. And I love watching hummingbirds
through the screen door and hunting down ants!
