My
baby's name is Tofu. I have always wanted an orange tabby, and made
many trips to the humane society without taking one back home with me.
But when I saw Tofu, I knew he's mine! Tofu was born in April last year,
I took this picture shortly after I got him when he's about three months
old. It was a sunny weekend day, I was just sitting in the chair,
watching my husband messing with our electric scooters, Tofu jumped up
and fell asleep right next to me. I have this picture on my desktop as a
background picture at work, when I am tired and exhausted from a day of
work, this picture always puts a smile on my face, and comfort in my
heart.
Tofu spends the week days outside, running around with all his friends
from the neighborhood, and he's always sitting by the front door, and
then running up on us when we pull up to the drive way in the afternoons
from work. On the weekend days, he's always around my husband and I no
matter where we are, in the house watching a movie, or outside working
on cars in the drive way. He likes canned food, scratching on the post
we made for him, chasing after bugs, rubs on the head, gentle pat on the
back, lying next to my husband's legs at night, and in my arms in the
morning. He brings us so much joy and laughter, I hope this picture of
Tofu brings you as much peace and love as it does to me!
