This
is Ninette (Nini) when she was four months old. She was a gift for my
50th birthday, and since then, she brought me joy and good luck. Even
though she is small, she talks and she meows like a contralto. She makes
me laugh when she feels like a clown and jumps on our twelve pounds
Choupinette who treats her as a very patient mother would do. She follows
me everywhere and runs when I call her. I never thought of having a
Tonkinese, but I must admit that now I am a Tonkinese lover; from what I
hear from other Tonkinese owners, they all are very affectionate and
social cats. I feel most fortunate to have Ninette, and even my two other
cats seems happy with her. She is the best gift ever!
Ninette loves to bring me her mouse toy in bed early in the mornings:
sometimes I find it just beside my head, and I always wonder what this
object is until I can open my eyes and look at it. It is a gift, I
guess. Also, she likes to run wild through her tunnel and jump onto her
cat tower in one great leap. I would not imagine not having Ninette!
