Allie
cat loves to have fun! We adopted her from the shelter a year
ago. It was an easy choice because once I picked her up, she instantly
started purring and was so calm. She is so cute, soft, and intensely
curious. The picture is from the day we adopted her. She is staring at
a string that she is intensely trying to catch. She is very friendly,
and she loves to meet new people; especially when they scratch her ears.
She always greets us at the door. She loves to sit and look out the
window to squirrel watch. I think she is fantasizing that she is a
great warrior cat chasing the poor squirrels, when reality is that she
never gets to go outside. She spends hours going from window to window
to see what is going on outside and if anything has changed. When she
is not in the window, she is sleeping or playing on her orange rocking
chair. It is like a big trampoline for her. She also loves collapsible
laundry baskets.
She has so much fun jumping in them, knocking them over, and especially
sleeping in them. Allie is very special. We love watching her enjoy life.
