Cory
is our amazing, adorable, big baby! We found him at the animal
shelter 1 1/2 years ago and knew that he'd be a purrfect addition to our
family because he was sooooo sweet from the moment we met! This black and
white softy loves to clean both humans and other animals, and he loves
to chat. He especially loves chatting at birds and squirrels he sees
outside his third floor window. He's not very wild, though; he was on the
balcony once and a bird came to visit. He simply walked up to the bird
and put out his paw (he has huge paws!), but the bird flew away. Well,
that's Cory for ya!! He wants to be everyone's friend!
When guests are over, he shows everyone his big white belly in the hopes
that someone will give him a little belly rub. (Or, he may be trying to
butter people up so they will feed him - you can probably tell this big
boy loves to eat). He even lets loose at the vet, one of his favorite
places. Sometimes we wonder if Cory loves the vet more than his own home
because he doesn't want to leave his cat carrier after we get home from
the vet, he looks up at you as if asking to be taken back, and he is so
happy when he is there. We know Cory belongs with us at home, though,
because his brother Andy and sister Billie would go nuts without him and
Cory can't do without his favorite red chair. We humans love him too.
And, as you can tell, Cory has the most beautiful green eyes with specs
of blue in them and when he has something to say he looks you right in
the eye and says it!
