This
is my cat, his name is Divo, he is a Siamese cat. I rescued him
after hurricane Wilma hit south Florida. He was only three weeks old, weight
less than one pound, full of fleas, I knew I needed to safe him. Now he is
two years old and full of energy! He is the king of the house, not be
cause I want him to be, but because he thinks he is. Every time I am in
the kitchen he will go and lay on his back and try to be cute, with
his belly in the air! All because he knows his treats are in there and I
can't resist any of his cuteness and give him a treat. I really think he
learned it from our dog. He saw that every time our dog will turn onto
her belly to be cute she will get a treat, so Divo started turning
upside with his belly next to the door were the treats are ... and It
worked, go figure.
He is very smart, he always run to the door when I get home. And he
loves to be in my lap to be given his daily massages! He talks way too
much I must say! If he is happy he yells, if he is upset, he yells, if
he is sleepy he yells ... he speaks soo much!
I also have another adopted cat, and they love each other. But Divo is
special, I've never seen any cat doing the things he does.
We have a automatic pet feeder, the food comes out at certain hours ...
but if he feels a little hungry before he will use one of his paws and
insert it in the whole where the food comes out, and then shakes it to
get a few balls of food out. He already has the machine figured
out, and not even my Tabby knows how to do it!
Having two cats and one big dog in my house, Divo makes sure he is the king
of the house.I love him so much. I can't live without him! His name
definitely matches with his personality, he sure is a DIVO!
