Neffie
is the light of our life ever since we adopted each other in
July. We fell in love with her when she started to purr the first time
we held her and we felt an immediate bonding. We once had a kitty
that lived to be seventeen and we were so sad when she passed on that we
thought we'd never have another pet. But time does heal and when we saw
Neffers we knew she was the one.
Tee-tee loves to be around us all the time and can be kind of spoiled
and demanding when she wants to play. She comes running when the ice
maker is used because she knows she can play with any ice that falls on
the floor. And we always know it's 9PM 'cause that's when she's sitting
on her blanket on the couch waiting for us to come and watch TV with
her. The last thing we hear at night is her purring as she snuggles in
between us for the night and the first thing we hear in the morning
is her purring followed by a 'wet nose kiss' telling us it's time get
up.
The vet told us she may have some congenital health problems but he
thinks she'll live a normal life. We do too, and we appreciate every
single day we are all together.
