This
is our "baby", Christine. She is an American long hair, she's over
sixteen years old and definitely rules household. We have two other
kitties, Hemi (her fifteen year old son), and Shelby, a three month old
kitten we rescued. Even at her age, she mothered Shelby, who was only four
weeks old when we got him, as if he was her own. Whenever I sit down
anywhere, she is the first one in my lap, demanding to be petted.
Christine is a high maintenance diva, especially during the winter when her
flowing mane nearly touches the ground. Lucky for me, I get to brush and
pamper her, which she loves. This keeps her coat tangle-free, and both of
us content!
With three black cats, every day is Halloween at our house, but we wouldn't
have it any other way. We love you Christine!!!
