Sy
is such a friendly guy. I got him on my birthday, he was six weeks old
and from the start he was such a lover boy. I have another female
siamese lynx point and she was not too happy to have an invader in her
territory. He got his name SY as we called him "Little guy" as he was so
small when we got him. Well, having had multiple cats in my 62 years,
his name is short for Siamese as I was running out of names. He doesn't
seem to mind, and answers to it as well as a cat will answer to anything!
I had the unfortunate mishap of breaking a hip in October 2007 and he
tried to stay by my side and nurse me back to health. He sleeps on a
pillow in our king-sized bed between me and my husband. The photo you
see is when he was three months old and wanted to curl up in everything. Of
course this is a hand made bowl from Central America my friend gave me
but Sy thinks it is his own. Oh, one other thing Sy was in our local "no
kill" shelter when I found him (CAPS).
