This
is Vicomte d' Homeless, my two year old cat enjoying the morning sun,
as he loves to do! As he was abandoned by his previous human, we adopted
each other one year ago. I got Homeless from a shelter in November 2006 to
keep my other cat, Urso, company. As I went thru the UZ's website I loved
his picture because he turned his face from the camera! Homeless was
abandoned at the shelter by is previous human, though I can't imagine why!
He is a sturdy and very masculine black cat with a shining coat who loves
to play hide and seek with me around the house - he runs away "chirping"
and waits for me to find him, and we start it all again.
When I get home from the supermarket Homeless always inspects the
groceries looking for is favorite treat - ham! Homeless hates the cold,
being hugged, and the veterinarian.
He is a energetic wrestler who doesn't purr or meow - he only "chirps" -
and enjoys looking out of the window, sleeps on the left side of the bed
and asks to get under the covers on very cold nights - to warm my feet,
I'm sure. Though his name is no longer acurate, it is his name, so he is
Homeless that cat with a home!
