Hi there!
I would like you to meet Sir Nermal Prince of Persia XXIV. Why the long
name? Well, he is a registered Blue Persian with blue bloodlines, and
deserved a royal name to go along with it. We call him Nermal. He is nine
weeks old and is the only cat in our family. He has an older sister
named Shamenah (dog) who runs and tattles on him when he is getting into
something. Nermal is a loved member of our family.
Nermal is very affectionate and goofy. He is well ... we say he is
"blonde!" Clumsy and geeky, he can not seem to run a straight line but
rather fumbles his way around. When he runs it is this thundering sound,
then a crash!
Nermal often seems oblivious to the dog, and me, but when he realizes
that I am not in the room, he panics. He will walk on the furniture
looking at you and walk right off the end, landing not on his feet, but
on his head and then look at you laughing at him ... with a look that
says "Hey, what's so funny? I meant to do that."
Nermal like to sit and watch my dog, and the dog watches him. They stare
at each other till one blinks. It's just like two children having a
staring contest, they probably wonder why I laugh when they do that!
