This
is a picture of our cat Boots, she is six and a half years old
and still thinks she is a kitten! She is a Bengal/hemingway cross. She
has extra toes on her front paws which she uses to pick things up.
Her favourite food is tuna, which she shares with her sister. She likes
to snuggle up on the bed at night and sit on your lap in the day time,
snoozing. Boots is our firstest and bestest cat and we would not be
without her!
Boots is very affectionate, she comes into the bathroom-letting herself
in even if the door is shut and stands and mews at me until I stop what
I'm doing and make a fuss of her. She jumps on the windowsill outside
and mews to come in and stands at the front door to be let out as she is
far to much of a lady to use the cat flap! She loves a cuddle as long as
she is not upside down- if she is she will growl to be put down. She
loves to lay on my feet in bed at night. She has to have her quota of
minutes on my lap in the morning, so I have to get up earlier to let her.
We have another cat, Ebony, and sometimes they love each other and
sometimes they play chase around the house. Boots will lay in wait and
pounce on her when she comes down the stairs. She loves to play with her
scratching post, cotton reels and pingpong balls. She is very fond of
catching butterflies, which she brings indoors without hurting them and
will bring me elastic bands that the postman has dropped as a present.
