This
is Spriggan, my Blue mink Devon Rex. Named after a type of Faery
from Devon, England where the breed originated, Spriggan certainly lives
up to his name! Spriggans are naughty mischievous creatures, often
considered to be ugly and with a penchant for stealing treasure (which in
our house is usually twist ties and anything with velcro!)
He'll bring us his "treasure" and drop it at our feet pushing it forward
with his paw until he gets our attention, then will play fetch for as
long as we can be bothered throwing it, or it ends up under the fridge.
He hogs the bed in winter when he's cold, and gets grumpy when it's bath
time. His worst habits are begging for food, stealing leftover and
jumping on the bench to try catch geckoes on the outside of the window.
But no matter how naughty he is, we love him to bits and spoil him
rotten!
