This
girl here is named Lint. She is a eleven month old domestic mackerel tabby
kitten. I own three cats, and Lint is by far the sweetest of them all.
Whenever she sees or is picked up by somebody in the family, she will start
purring like no other. In fact she has the loudest purr I've ever heard and
can be heard from rooms away. She is a petite little girl, weighing in at a
mere 4 lbs and is about half the size of my other cats (and it looks like she
won't grow any more either). But don't let her slim, beautiful body fool you;
she absolutely loves eating. Through my experience with cats I've come to the
conclusion that most cats are finicky eaters, but not Lint.
She loves to eat anything and everything, including cooked rice, dog food,
peaches, vegetables, and cereal, on top of her regular cat food. But she
adores salmon above all else; she can smell it from miles away and will do
anything to get a taste of it.
In between naps she likes to play with her older sisters Cami and Sunny. Cami,
being the "boss" of the cat hierarchy in the house, doesn't tolerate Lint's
kittenplay but Sunny will readily engage in a fun wrestling match with her.
Even though she loves her kitty sisters, Lint is not so fond of the two dogs
who live with her, Orion the Siberian Husky/wolf mix and Troy the pitbull,
even though they love her (along with Cami and Sunny). When the dogs are
asleep, Lint enjoys sneaking up to places she's not supposed to be and
knocking down various items. She also likes to drag random small objects and
stash them in some secret place I have not managed to find yet.
