We
have four cats at home. Tao is the oldest of the bunch. She was given
to me as a gift by my sister after the cat I then had, just died. I
thought she was just adorable with her original coloring. Back then she
was this very playful kitten, and always seemed to be up to no good. Now
that she's older, things have changed quite a bit. Tao is now a very
mellow cat who spends most of the day sleeping and keeps to herself. She
does however get these ''affection phases'' at least once a day when
she'll jump on our lap and rub her face against ours. The one thing
that will get her excited is food. She's obsessed with it and its
starting to show quite a bit! Its pretty cute to see how she suddenly
awakes when i get near the bag of dry food but will not be bothered
otherwise. Tao is just sweet and precious and I couldn't imagine our
home without her.
As an elderly cat, she has gotten less active but she is very much
ruling the household with her charm and funny habits.
