We
lost our seventeen-year-old Persian to kidney disease and could only
manage to go eight days without another feline in the house. I decided to
call a shelter to see what cats were available. They had three kittens
left from a litter of five. I couldn't face taking an adult cat, after
having just lost one, so we went to see the babies. It was a Monday when
we brought her home - hence the name Monday. She weighs 2 1/2 lbs. She
loves to eat, party, sleep and then start all over again. My daughter woke
her up for a photo session, and as you can tell, she wasn't impressed.
Monday has filled a huge void, and is a very welcome addition to the family.
