This
is Brownie he has been in our family for a long time, he is an old cat -
he is eighteen years old. He likes to sleep on mom and dads bed. Brownie is very
friendly. He likes to be petted by our grandson. Our dog doesn't really know
he's around they just look at each other and pretend the other doesn't exist.
He was very sick for a time, so his fur isn't as pretty as it once was. We
love him but sometimes he gets to be annoying. He is very picky on the type of
food he eats, so feeding him can be a challenge at times. But all things
considered, Brownie is a wonderful cat to have around. We wouldn't trade him
for anything.
Brownie is now a laid back cat, he goes out when the weather gets warmer and
stays in when it gets cold. It is now time for him to come in for the winter
but he needs to be shaved first, all those burrs and his hair don't mix. He is
deaf now so he can't hear you calling him, this scares us cause he will walk
in front of the car and sit down and not think a thing about it. When he wants
something he will meow so loud until you give in, he still loves his milk and
will do anything for it. Brownie has been a joy to our whole family. He
doesn't let a thing bother him. When he comes in for the winter we have to
find him, because he hides and since he can't hear the treat bag shaken, that
doesn't work any more. We love him so much.
