My
name is Butterscotch! I have a very unique checkerboard pattern on my neck
and chin. I used to roam the neighborhood until my new mom saw me and started
feeding me. I'm pretty sure she loved me from the very start. She felt sorry
for me last winter when it was sooo cold outside so she brought me a bed with
warm towels in it from her dryer. I kept visiting her and looking cute until
one day I disappeared. I was told that she put up fliers all over town to see
if anyone had seen me. Three weeks later someone called her and said they
had spotted a kitty with my description. She was so happy to find me again
and now I live indoors with all the wonderful luxuries that any princess would
have.
I share my castle with two Persian males. They can't help but love me, too.
I love to chase my own tail and roll around on the floor like a little furry
bowling ball. Everyone laughs at me when I do this so I do it all the time.
I am also a lap cat. As soon as someone sits down, I am right there to steal
some lovin'. I also like to sleep on my mom's pillow above her head. I
haven't even been here for a full year yet but I am sure I am going to love my
new home and stay forever. I am pretty spoiled - can you tell?
