Snowball
is a domestic shorthair and lives in Essex, United Kingdom. We
rescued Snowball six years ago. He was in a sorry state - weeping eyes, itchy
ears and the most appalling dirty/oily fur. His tail was orangey brown. But
when we saw him, it was love at first sight. We took him home and over the
next few weeks after taking him to the vets for treatment and several gentle
baths a stunningly beautiful cat was revealed. He was a stray and to this day
remains skittish but when he is tired or hungry he turns into a big old softy
with a bubbly little purr. Snowball loves to race around the house at times
and you would think there was an elephant on the loose! He thunders around
with a wild look in his eyes for a few minutes then when he is exhausted,
curls up and has a snooze. Once, he fell asleep on the windowsill and when he
stretched and rolled over, he fell off and pulled the curtains and pole down
on top of himself. Such a silly boy! Snowby is our sweet baby bear - a kinder
soul you couldn't find.
