This
is our cat named Bailey, and she is six years old. She is a calico with
medium hair - not too long and not too short, very pretty just the way she is.
Bailey is a very independent cat. She makes up her own mind about things,
and you can almost see her thinking sometimes when there's a problem to solve
- like a new bag in the kitchen that she needs to investigate, while we are
trying to put away groceries. She's unlike our other cat, Scrappy, who is a
tabby. Bailey loves to take baths but not the usual bath. She has to have
her own bowl of water so she can dip her paw into it. That's her idea of
bathtime. When she wants she can be very affectionate, but it is when she
wants to be, if you demand affection, just be prepared to be ignored. But
when she's in the mood, you'll not find a sweeter cat. She likes to go
outside for some play time in the grass, and although she may think she is
being stealthy stalking a bug, her vivid colors are quite obvious especially
against green grass! We love her.
