This
is Luxe D'Xandre, known as Luxe for short. He is a handsome Ocicat, living in
Louisiana. He still looks and acts much like a kitten, but in fact he is three years
old. Luxe is special because he is the only cat I know of that fetches and returns his
play things. Any toy is best if you throw it for him to retrieve, and he is tireless. I
guarantee your arm will get tired of throwing before he tires of fetching! Luxe is quite
exotic looking - that's because he is an Ocicat. People think he must be part leopard or
something fancy because of his spots, but Ocicats are not part Ocelot, they are a
domestic breed of cat, descended from Abyssinians and Siamese as well as standard
shorthairs. He is a great cat, handsome, and is my best friend.
