I
chose Fuzzy when he was a six-week-old kitten. He was the runt of the
litter, and I felt bad for the little guy. Fuzzy came home with me, and we
immediately became best of friends. Fuzzy was one of five cats at our household.
Although the other cats always tried to play the hierarchy game, Fuzzy was
never involved. He was always neutral - like Switzerland! He loved all of the
cats at the house and would always be sweet to them.
Fuzzy had a morning routine each day. Fuzzy was eager to tell me when he
wanted fresh water (he never like it from the bowl). He would scratch on a
door, ever so lightly, just to let you know he wanted water. I would turn on
a faucet in the bathroom so he could get his fresh water. When he was done,
he was always so wet! Afterwards, he would let me know that he wanted to go
outside to eat his grass ( his salad with dew dressing), and then relax in
the bushes. As for the afternoons, he would come inside and sleep on the bed
all afternoon.
Fuzzy was always there for me for thirteen years. Over those thirteen years, he turned
into a very big and beautiful cat. Everyone was always so impressed with his
different colored eyes. Fuzzy kept me company for all of those years, and
sadly, he's been gone for a year now. Fuzzy could put a smile on anyone's
face, especially mine. Fuzzy was a wonderful cat and a great friend. He will
always be missed.
