This
is my pet Phoebe, she is a "hypo-allergenic" Siberian cat. Phoebe is special in many ways. She is such a
little rascal and always gives our family a good laugh. For example, she
sits on the table, walks across the piano and plays an out-of-tune song,
and loves to be held and have her fur rubbed. She also loves to hunt for
ants in the house. You can call her our ant guard! From the first day my
family had her, we have been smiling a whole lot more.
Phoebe is a lovable cat but she is very tricky. When we leave the house,
we come back to see her sitting on the dining room table! She also is very
picky. We can only buy her one brand of food, one kind of flavor. The
flavor is white fish and shrimp. Phoebe knows when you are about to feed
her when she hears a can opening. She hears that sound from all the way
across the house! Phoebe is like our emergency alarm clock. Whenever our
alarms don't ring when they are supposed too, Phoebe comes into our rooms,
jumps onto our beds, and meows in our face until we wake up! She has such
a great memory! We decided to buy this kind of cat (a hypo-allergenic
Siberian), because my mom and brother both have allergies to regular cats.
When we received her, no allergy reactions were experienced, and we are
all glad!
