My
beloved Angel is a ten-year-old Maine Coon mix who lives in New
Orleans, Louisiana, with his brother, Leo, his sister Jessamine, his K9
brother, Toby and me, his mom, Mary. He's special because he's about as
loving a little creature as anyone could hope for! He's also extremely
proud and will sit on the table like a statue waiting for me to brush
him and fill his bowl. Finally, he's absolutely beautiful with the
biggest pale green eyes that seem bigger than he is! He especially
loves it when I smooch his face!
It was love at first sight when I discovered him and his three brothers
under a house near where I lived. He was one of many feral litters from
this mother and the litter that finally made me do something! I managed
to capture all four kittens and they all got great homes. I was also able
to capture the mom and she was vaccinated and spayed ending the cycle of
feral kittens in our block.
FYI... his full name is Angel Food Cake because as a baby he was a light
as angel food cake. I tell people it's the Spanish form of Angel because
he's a boy, and they think Angel's a girl name.
