Hello,
my name is Maddie, and I was found wandering the desert in Las
Vegas in a sandstorm. I am a Calico kitty who was dumped in the desert
as a kitten and two kind ladies rescued me. My eyes and ears were full
of sand and I still have trouble with blocked tear ducts even though the
doctor has tried twice to clear them out. The human I own has to wipe my
eyes out every day with a wet cotton ball, but I don't resist because I
know she loves me and wants me to feel better. I am about a year old
and my fur is softer and silkier than anyone can imagine. I love playing
with my two brothers Alex and Opie who welcomed me into their home
without a fuss. I especially love to climb high places so I can watch
over my kingdom and am forever grateful to those two wonderful women who
refused to turn their backs on me when I needed help. Life is very, very
good for me and I am spoiled rotten.
