I'd
like to introduce our beautiful Kitty Jasper. We are unsure of what
type of cat she is but we know she is very loved. In case you are
wondering how a girl kitty got what is usually a boy name, Jasper's name
is actually in honor of my first cat Casper. He passed on to pussycat
heaven just before I heard about a lady in our area that takes in cats and
tries to find homes for them. Missing Casper so much, I adopted a new
furry friend from the lady and named her Jasper!
Jasper is our beautiful little Fur-baby who really owns us. She is about
seven years old and lives in a one-cat house. She wouldn't have it any
other way. Our whole world revolves around her and she loves being the
centre of attention. I miss her when I go to work for the day and find
myself wondering what she is doing. She waits for me in the window and is
always there to greet me when I return. My boyfriend says she knows the
sound of my car and doesn't go to the window until she hears that it's me.
Jasper gives kisses on command and climbs on top of her scratching post
and likes to balance on top until she gets a kitty cookie. She is a real
good kitty and we love her so very much. She has truly brought us so much
joy since coming to live with us.
