Hi
everyone! It's me, Sasha kitty! Happy to see everyone! I am eight years
old, and have lived with my meowmie since I was about eight weeks old. When I
first got to her house, there was another kitty here, Tabitha. We didn't
always get along so well, but we were fursisters, so we learned to tolerate
one another. Sadly, a few years ago, Tabby went to the Rainbow Bridge. I know
Meowmie still missed her, so I try real hard to make up for the hole that
Tabby's leaving left in our house.
My favorite thing is the whole world is to follow my Meowmie everywhere she
goes in the house, and I do mean everywhere! I love it when the newspaper
comes because I get to play with the rubberband that is always wrapped around
it! I toss it in the air a few times, then I always proudly carry it to my
food bowl and drop it in there. Keeps Meowmie guessing about why!
I am allowed on all the furniture in the house and I usually leave some of my
hair behind so everyone who comes in can take a little home with them. Just
my way of making sure they never forget me! I also love it when I can sit in
the open window and smell the fresh air. There are always bunnies and birdies
and "quirrelies" for me to watch out the front window. I can sit on my
scratching post for hours just watching the world go by! I also love to run
through the house on a whim! I get the zoomies and I can't stop! I run from
room to room, jumping on furniture and propelling myself so I can get a good
start to race on to something else! Meowmie just laughs and laughs at me when
I do that! Mom says that the marking above my right eye looks like a flame...
and she always says I have a "fire in my eye" and that's why I'm always so silly.
Meowmie here now! Sasha is my pride and joy! She always keeps me guessing and
laughing. I never know what to expect from her! She is my Sasha, my Ochieboo,
my boobaleenie, my bear, but always my love. She keeps me sane and helps to
brighten each and every day! I love her so much! My Tabby lived to 21 (just a
few months shy of 22) and I look forward to just as many wonderful years to
come with my Sashie!
