Scruffy's
birthday was May 1st! She has more friends on her Catbook page
than I do on my Facebook page!! LOL!! Her (full) name is Scruffy Taxi Cat
because of where she adopted my husband when she was just a kitten. He was
a limousine drive & noticed her hanging around the yard where they parked
every night. Well, one particularly stormy night Scruffy decided she had
enough and jumped into Marks open limo and curled up on his suite coat and
went to sleep! He called me at 2am and asked me if I wanted another
kitten; we already had two. He sent me a picture of her from his phone and
I fell in love with her. He brought her home and she was a ball of dirt and
matted hair. I managed to give her a bath, went to Walmart at 5am & bought
her her own bed, food, etc. and we've had her ever since!! She is the most
affectionate of our two cats; The other cat is Muffin, also a Maine Coon,
and four years old. Scruffy loves to play with her and grooms her sometimes.
Scruffy loves to sit in the middle of our friends when we're having a
conversation and looks like she's paying attention!! She's an indoor cat
now. But we bought her a harness & leash & Scruffy loves to walk with us
around the neighborhood and "visit" her friends. She loves to hide in the
most unusual places, as you might see in her pictures. And, as I
mentioned before, both our cats have their own "Catbook" profiles.
