This
is Ashley. She's a Maine Coon mix. I've always wanted a Maine Coon but
preferred to adopt from a shelter or a refuge, and that's where I got her.
She is the softest cat ever. She's also polydactyl with huge feet.
Ashley's very smart as she can turn mechanical battery operated toys on
herself which can be annoying at times and we turn the toy off only to have
her turn it back on yet again. She has a wonderful gentle personality. When
she's content, she will suck one of her extra toes almost like she's
sucking her thumb.
She is extremely gentle and independent but craves affection on her terms
as well. She can be timid at times since she had four brothers who were
definitely the bosses, but is very lovable. She also carries her toys
around in her mouth like a dog. We love her very much!
