This
is Buddy, he just turned four months and the photos were taken about a
month ago. He is a purebred Manx from Montreal. He is special because he
is an over-excited little man with no tail, and when we are quiet and
down, he comes and cuddles and just cheer me up. I also had to wait to get
him for two hours because the breeder totally forgot I was going to get him
and we were about two hours away from home. He's a good boy, though he does
need to learn some discipline.
As a manx he really is what like people say about the breed. He has a
dog-like personality , he follows us everywhere all the time. He is only four
months old and can already jump quite high. He's not a fan of getting
picked up but we are working on it, he loves jumping on us to get a pet
when we are on computers or watching tv.
He loves playing the laser pointer, it drives him mad. We also have a kind
of fishing rod with a ball and feather at the tip. I think it now his
favorite toy and its also why we realized he could jump so high already.
He has that angry kitten syndrome because of his teeth ... he was always
biting ours finger or toes, but now I got him a lion that he tries to
kill, so our toes are feeling lots better now.
He is over excited, cute and a big smoocher at times. He isn't scared of
much, but is terrified of kids! I think he's a bit young to know tricks,
but things I taught him to do are like being a good boy and waiting when I
give him his tin food until I moved away to start eating. When my partner
is on the computer he jumps on him, then jumps up beside one of the
windows. He loves looking outside, he's getting really agile to! We love him a lot!
