This
is our youngest and only female cat, Coco (short for Coconut). Like our
two ginger toms Lemon and Lime, she came from local branch of Cats
Protection. She was the only girl in litter of six and she knows how to
handle boys! She's a bit of a live-wire, scared of nothing and a top-notch
spider hunter. Thanks to her, I haven't spotted a single spider in the house
for last two years.
She's quite chatty and always meows back when she's called. She's mostly a
snooty madam who likes her own company, but she seems to have a cuddle quota
she needs to meet. So every day at 5 am, she climbs onto my chest, purrs very
loudly while pawing at my face and even puts her paws around my neck to pull
herself up for a hug - my husband tell me no matter how deeply I appear to be
asleep, I will always get my arms out of duvet to cuddle her. Coco clearly
has me well trained!
