This
is Reggie. I should have named him Lucky considered he survived an home
fire back in 2006. I had been out with friends and just made it home in time
to get him out before before my home burned down. He had been my only
roommate for the first ten years after moving out of my parents home.
Now this old boy has to tolerate my husband and my four-year-old daughter, who
chases him around the house. He doesn't like being chased, but he is good
with her and has never tried to bite or even swat at her. He just runs and
hides. He loves to steal my husband's chair when he gets up to get a drink
and loves to cuddle up under blankets. I have loved having him around for
fifteen years and hope he is around for many, many more.
