Tuxedo
Stan became an international superstar when he ran for mayor of
Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada in the fall of 2012. He does list his residence
as Catopia (near Halifax). He wasn't allowed on the ballot because he didn't
have a birth certificate but that didn't stop him from running an amazing
campaign - he was even endorsed by Anderson Cooper and Ellen Degeneres!
Tuxedo Stan has his own website, Facebook and Twitter account.
His main goal is to increase the awareness of the plight of homeless cats and
those who are owned by low income families. He raises funds for a registered
charity called Spay Day HRM.
But most importantly, he lights up the lives of his human servants on a daily
basis. Tuxedo Stan is currently receiving chemotherapy for kidney cancer and appreciates your well wishes.
